The weekend after July 4th I listed 2225 Cedar Cove Court in south Reston off south lakes. My out of state seller and I have been working on getting it ready since October 2025!! Reston association gave the sellers a long list of exterior repairs that lead to a complete rehab of the roof, siding, trim, landscaping, deck, etc. Of course taking place during the winter months made the pace rather slow so by the time it was ready we were already into the summer.
Pleased to report that it sold w/ multiple offers the first weekend on the market. We had 15 groups (30-40 people) through the Sat open house and the same numbers the following Sunday. Lots of neighbors showed up to provide support and postive things to say about the Cluster.
Settlement was on 7/27 for list price of $749,500 to a nice young man who has family in the nearby Reston community. He should be a perfect fit for the community and looks forward to updating the inside so it shines like the exterior does!
